Phentermine is a stimulant used as an appetite suppressant, which affects the central nervous system. Phentermine can be used clinically as part of a weight loss program and diet and exercise to treat obesity in people with risk factors such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension.
Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor used to treat male sexual function problems, particularly impotence or erectile dysfunction, or ED. It does so by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation to bring about and maintain an erection.
Tadalafil treats erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms, such as difficulty with urination in adult men. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. It treats erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation for the patient to achieve and maintain an erection.
Finasteride, sold under the brand name Propecia, treats hair loss in men. It belongs to a class of drugs known as 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. It works by preventing testosterone from breaking down into DHT, the hormone thought to cause male pattern baldness.
Minoxidil is a vasodilator that promotes hair growth by increasing blood flow in the scalp, relaxing the muscle walls of the blood vessels, and improving the tissue’s overall health through the easier flow of blood to your scalp and hair follicles. This vasodilating effect brings more nutrients and oxygen to your hair follicles, promoting growth and strengthening existing follicles.
HCG stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, a natural pregnancy hormone with a protein base that helps maintain important hormones like progesterone and estrogen, which are essential during pregnancy, particularly the first 3 months. More recently, HCG has been used for fat loss due to its effect on boosting metabolism and weight loss mechanisms.
Combined with a low-calorie diet, HCG treatments allow users to experience rapid weight loss, averaging 1-2lbs a day of unwanted fat. The HCG injection increases metabolism for faster fat burning.
Omnitrope is a synthetic human growth hormone (HGH) often used by athletes to achieve accelerated recovery from injuries, increase muscle mass, increase physical strength, and activate the breakdown of body fat. It can also help patients with growth hormone deficiency (GHD).
Dutasteride – brand name Avodart – is a prescription drug used for treating an enlarged prostate or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). When the prostate is enlarged, it can squeeze the urethra (the tube that transports urine out of the body) and lead to problems with urination. Dutasteride helps to improve the flow of urine and reduces urinary frequency.
It is also known to block DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT often contributes to hair loss in men. The use of Dutasteride may improve male pattern baldness, increasing hair growth.
UltraBurn is a custom compound of fat metabolizers, acids, and B vitamins that promotes weight loss and prevents excess fluid build-up through the speedier fat breakdown in the liver.
It is made of Methionine, Choline, Inositol, Thiamine(B1), and Vitamin B-12. Methionine is an amino acid and antioxidant that accelerates fat breakdown, detoxifies the liver, and prevents fatigue. Choline, a B-vitamin, supports fat loss while promoting liver and cardiovascular health. Inositol, another B-vitamin, reduces bad cholesterol to aid in body fat redistribution and promote healthy sleep. Thiamine assists in carb breakdown for energy, leading to weight loss through increased metabolism. Vitamin B-12 maintains metabolic pathways for the proper processing of fats, proteins, and calorie burning.
If you are struggling to lose weight or burn stubborn body fat, On-A-Diet may be just what you need to push through the difficulty you’re having.
Our On-A-Diet weight loss pills contain three high-quality ingredients that suppress appetite (Naltrexone), reduce fat absorption (Orlistat), and slow the digestion of carbohydrates (Acarbose). On-A-Diet can be combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise to achieve your weight loss goals.
NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme that regulates various metabolic pathways within the body. It is present in all living cells and enables the mitochondria, the power station of the cells, to convert the food you eat into energy.
NDA also controls the activity of enzymes responsible for repairing DNA damage, so it is involved in cell repair and cell regeneration. NAD levels decrease with age, and this negatively impacts metabolic function and increases susceptibility to disease. Replenishing NAD through supplementation supports cell health and slows the aging of your body’s cells.
Millions of women of reproductive age are affected by infertility. Clomiphene is an ovulatory stimulant that activates ovulation by blocking estrogen receptors. It is an oral medication that induces the ovarian follicles to produce and release multiple eggs.
Clomiphene stimulates the pituitary gland to increase the secretion of gonadotropins – follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). These gonadotropins stimulate the gonads or reproductive organs.
Clomiphene is also used off-label to treat male infertility, as it causes an increase in the levels of LH and FSH in men. This results in an increase in sperm production and the secretion of testosterone.
Tamoxifen (Nolvadex or Soltamox) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) used to treat hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. The cells associated with this type of cancer have receptors for either estrogen or progesterone and use these hormones to multiply.
Tamoxifen attaches to the hormone receptors in the cancer cells and stops estrogen from connecting to the receptors. Therefore, the cancer cells are no longer able to grow.
Tamoxifen is also an effective treatment for male breast cancer. Most cases of breast cancer in males are hormone receptor-positive. Tamoxifen is usually prescribed as a post-surgical therapy for men to reduce the risk of cancer coming back.

Anastrozole, also known by the brand name Arimidex® is a drug approved for treating hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer in post-menopausal women. These cancer cells have receptors that make it possible for them to grow using naturally occurring hormones like estrogen and progesterone. Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor, so it restricts the amount of estrogen produced by the body.
Men on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) may experience an increase in estradiol, which is an estrogen hormone. Estrogen is a female hormone also produced by men but at much lower levels.
Since estradiol can be synthesized from testosterone, men on TRT may experience a spike in estrogen. Although estrogen plays a key role in bone and vascular health in men, elevated levels can lead to the enlargement of the breast tissue (gynecomastia) and fluid retention.
Anastrozole is sometimes given to men on TRT to block the production of estrogen.
Danazol is a synthetic androgenic hormone commonly used to treat endometriosis and fibrocystic breast disease. Danazol treats these conditions by suppressing the production of hormones.
Danazol is also an effective treatment for hereditary angioedema. Hereditary angioedema is a genetic disorder characterized by severe swelling that typically affects the face, intestinal tract, limbs, and airway. Danazol treats hereditary angioedema by increasing C1INH protein and C4 protein levels in the blood, helping to boost the immune system.
Danazol also suppresses sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG). SHBG binds to sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone) and regulates levels in the body. When SHBG levels are too high, it can adversely affect physical and emotional health.
