Managing Partner/Founder

As the visionary co-founder (alongside Richelle Bonacia) and CEO of Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness, Anthony Didato combines his passion for wellness with extensive expertise in the aesthetics industry. With a background in business management and a keen eye for beauty trends, Anthony has dedicated his career to creating a space where clients feel empowered and rejuvenated.

Under his leadership, Balanced Aesthetics has grown into a trusted name in the community, renowned for its commitment to personalized care and innovative treatments. Anthony believes in a holistic approach to wellness and aesthetics, prioritizing not only physical transformations but also the overall well-being of each client.

His hands-on management style and dedication to the company's mission embodies the values of excellence and compassion. Anthony is passionate about staying at the forefront of industry advancements, continuously seeking out new techniques and technologies that enhance client experiences.

Anthony serves full-time as the senior doctor at his Endodontic practice outside of Atlanta. His commitment to building patient centered clinical practices founded on excellence can be seen in his workplace. When he’s not at the office, Anthony enjoys exploring the latest health and wellness trends, traveling, and growing through personal development.

Richelle Bonacia

Partner / Co-Founder

Richelle Bonacia is Co-Founder and Partner of Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness, a medical aesthetics and functional wellness clinic, and of Better Yu (alongside partner, Dr. Anthony Didato), a modern wellness brand pioneering premium, ease-of-delivery wellness prescription pens designed to simplify and elevate personalized care.

A visionary growth and operations strategist, Richelle is known for building and revitalizing brands through innovative strategy, refined luxury positioning, and precision avatar-driven marketing. She has led organizations from near failure to profitability, launched ventures from the ground up, and built scalable systems that align vision, execution, and long-term enterprise value.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. Her leadership is grounded in strong business acumen and strategic insight within the healthcare industry—allowing her to drive operational excellence, brand elevation, and sustainable growth in medically regulated environments.

At Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness, Richelle works closely with her partner, Anthony, to bring their shared vision to life and guide the company’s long-term growth. Together, they have built a brand rooted in medical integrity, elevated client experience, and operational precision—blending physician-led expertise with strategic business leadership to create a modern, high-performance practice model.

Richelle is currently authoring her first book, expanding her impact beyond the companies she builds. Central to her life’s work is mentoring high-potential individuals—equipping them with the confidence, discipline, and skill set to operate at their fullest potential.

She leads from a foundation of service, with faith at the center of her life, and believes enduring leadership is built on integrity, discipline, and purpose.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she enjoys life with her husband, their toddler daughter, and two beloved dogs. In her free time, she values meaningful family time, game nights with friends, traveling, and deepening her pursuit of self-mastery through business strategy, behavioral psychology, and curated industry thought leadership.

Eric Allen

Operations Manager

Change is the only constant and continuous improvement is the only path. Never accept, “We have always done it that way.”

Eric Allen is a powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth.

Eric started his Career at Mitsubishi Motors, an International Leader in Lean management , streamlined processes and growth performance, and has been an unstoppable force ever since. From lower operations management, he moved into director roles, VP roles and current in role as COO. In every company, including Mitsubishi, Astral Brands, and most recently Jimerson Enterprises, Eric has achieved outstanding personal and team results. He finds his greatest motivation in coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations.

Dr. Kimberly Gilbert

Medical Director

Dr. Kimberly Gilbert is a board-certified physician, best-selling author, health coach, and entrepreneur. She completed medical school at Louisiana State University (LSU) Medical School in New Orleans, LA, before moving to Atlanta in 2005 to complete her residency at Emory University. Since that time, she has been the primary provider in her medical practice as well as serving as medical director of a hospital rehabilitation unit, independent living facility, assisted living facility, and medical spas.

Dr. Gilbert has always had a passionate desire to help people achieve their vision of their best self. She understands that for many, how you look is how you feel, and that looking the way you desire can truly impact your physical and emotional health. After residency, that led to her decision to undergo intensive training and become certified in advanced nonsurgical aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Gilbert provides expert care and customer service to every single patient she serves.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Dr. Gilbert feels a social responsibility to help others. She does so by supporting several local and national organizations, with a particular passion for helping children, people with physical or mental disabilities, and rescued animals.

Dr. Gilbert lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, twin daughters, dogs, an aquarium full of fish, and three attack cats. She loves spending time with her family and friends, practicing medicine, reading books, traveling, creating new skincare products, and learning anything new!

Dr. Sabine Lovell - MD, FACS

Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Sabine Lovell is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who has a passion for artistry, dedication to excellence and compassionate patient care.

Dr. Lovell's commitment to the field of plastic surgery is evident in the warm, close-knit bonds she forms with her patients, as well as in her unwavering focus on creating individualized treatment plans to deliver beautiful and natural results. Dr. Lovell believes that plastic surgery should be tailored to each patient's unique needs, emphasizing that one size or shape does not fit all. She is particularly enthusiastic about facial rejuvenation (both surgical and non-surgical), “mommy makeovers,” and body contouring following significant weight loss.

Training and background:

Dr. Lovell's journey in plastic surgery began after she completed her residency in General Surgery at the renowned Emory University. During a rotation at the end of her intern year, she fell in love with the field of Plastic Surgery. It was during this time that she also met her husband, Dr. Barath Badrinathan, a fellow General Surgery resident and now a Vascular Surgeon at Emory. Their shared professional interests deepened their connection, and they are now blessed with a daughter. Dr. Lovell's pursuit of excellence in plastic surgery led her to complete a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio. During her fellowship, she had the opportunity to train at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic and study under acclaimed facial plastic surgeon Dr. Bahman Guyuron. Dr. Lovell is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, assuring her patients of her exceptional qualifications.

Education and academic achievements:

Dr. Lovell graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Czech Language and Culture and a minor in Biology. Her participation in the Image and Word Study Abroad Program at Charles University in Prague cultivated her interest in Czech art, history, film, and photography. She earned her MD from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (now McGovern Medical School), which is located in the Texas Medical Center, the world's largest medical complex. During her time in Houston, Dr. Lovell engaged in cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She also served as an officer in the Student Surgical Association and was actively involved in The American Medical Women's Association.

Dr. Lovell has actively contributed to the field of plastic surgery through her research presentations at national meetings, including the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Her dedication and expertise were recognized when she received the Top 50 Resident Abstract award. Additionally, Dr. Lovell has authored a chapter on Reduction Mammaplasty (breast reduction) in "The Unfavorable Result in Plastic Surgery: Avoidance and Treatment."

Passionate Healer and Animal Advocate:

Dr. Lovell is not only passionate about her work but also about animal rescue, with a special affection for dogs. At home, she relishes quality time with her daughter, Safira, and cat, Scooby. She enjoys exploring Atlanta's diverse food scene and festivals with her husband, as well as traveling and hiking with their three rescue dogs, Chutney, Grady and Haven. In her free time, Dr. Lovell enjoys pilates and indoor cycling via the Peloton app, and she admits to being a fashion, beauty, and skincare aficionado.

Multicultural and multilingual background:

Dr. Lovell's multicultural upbringing has given her a unique perspective, having spent summers with family in Slovakia and France while growing up in El Paso, Texas. Her mother was born in communist Czechoslovakia, and her father is a native Texan. Fluent in Slovak and conversational in French, Dr. Lovell's international roots have enriched her cultural insights.

Master Injector / RN Wellness Provider

As a Clinician with over 8 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients and healthcare providers. I have been performing aesthetic injectables since 2016, developing an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, and the importance of delivering personalized, natural-looking results. Currently, I work as an advanced aesthetic injector in Atlanta, where I continue to refine my skills and stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to education and training. I specialize in mentoring and training healthcare providers on the safest and most effective techniques in aesthetic medicine. Whether through one-on-one training or group workshops, my goal is to empower fellow clinicians with the knowledge and confidence they need to perform procedures safely while ensuring optimal outcomes for their patients. I am passionate about instilling a strong foundation in anatomy, patient assessment, and the use of advanced injectables, while fostering a culture of safety and professionalism within the aesthetic community. I successfully trained over 500 accounts, leading to significant growth in sales. My efforts not only enhanced product knowledge and skills across the team but also contributed to a measurable increase in overall sales performance.

In addition to my extensive clinical background, I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to deepen my clinical knowledge and enhance my ability to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care. My ongoing education allows me to integrate the latest research and best practices into both my clinical work and training sessions. Carla Ross

Esthetician / Assistant Laser Practitioner

Carla Ross is a dynamic veteran who served in the United States Army as a Topographic Engineer. She acquired a bachelor of science in business and used her skillsets to become a Special Investigator for 3 1/2 years and currently, a Master Esthetician for the last 18 years. With her deep understanding of skincare and holistic health, Carla blends the science of advanced treatments with a personalized, caring approach. Known for her ability to identify and address complex skin concerns, Carla’s expertise lies in empowering clients to take control of their skin’s journey. She ensures that every individual leaves feeling radiant, confident, and more educated about their skin.

Anna Schreier

Wellness Consultant / Patient Coordinator

Anna Schreier is a Wellness Consultant and Clinical Coordinator at Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness with over three years of experience in the aesthetics and wellness space. She specializes in bespoke wellness consultations designed to support longevity, vitality, and refined aesthetic outcomes.

With a strong foundation in integrative wellness and clinical coordination, Anna works closely with each client to thoughtfully assess goals, educate on advanced therapies, and curate individualized treatment plans aligned with both results and lifestyle. Her approach blends clinical insight with an elevated client experience, ensuring care feels seamless, informed, and deeply personalized.

Shauna Olson

Administrative Coordinator / Executive Assistant

Shauna is an experienced Operations Manager with a diverse background that spans the music and aesthetics industries. After earning dual degrees in Advertising and Music Business from the University of Georgia, Shauna began her career in artist management, gaining valuable experience in leadership, event organization, and problem-solving.

Despite her success in the music industry, Shauna’s passion for the aesthetics field, particularly its power to transform and uplift clients’ confidence, led her to pursue a new path in 2020. She embarked on her journey in the aesthetics industry, quickly rising to an executive level role, where she became known for her ability to overcome challenges and improve operational efficiency. Shauna's reputation as a reliable problem-solver has made her an integral part of her team, always ready to tackle challenges with a proactive mindset and strategic solutions.

As the Operations Manager, Shauna plays an instrumental role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, manage resources, and ensure that all processes align with the company’s goals.
