How dermal fillers work
Filler places a gel — most often hyaluronic acid — beneath the skin to restore volume where it has been lost. Hyaluronic acid holds up to a thousand times its weight in water, so it plumps and hydrates at the same time. Hollows soften, wrinkles smooth, and flattened features regain shape.
We inject through a needle or a cannula depending on the area. Most fillers are mixed with lidocaine and we add topical numbing beforehand, so the treatment is comfortable. Results are visible by the time you leave.

We don’t only treat the concern in front of us. We look at the whole face, then plan the areas to treat in stages timed around healing, so we lift, contour, and restore in a sensible order. You decide how much of that plan you take, and when.

Aftercare
- No heat or strenuous activity for 24–48 hours
- No facial massage or pressure for one week
- Ice gently for swelling; Arnica helps with bruising
What you’ll feel: mild pressure or a slight pinch at the injection sites. The lidocaine makes it very tolerable.
