Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes — new patients are always welcome. We’re committed to making your visits pleasant and stress-free.
What are your payment options?
We are a concierge medicine facility offering the best, most affordable rates. We currently do not accept insurance or HSA. Payment plans are available on packages and bundles.

How do I submit a refill request?
Call (470) 226-2390 with your first and last name, date of birth, and refill request. For after-hours requests, use the refill request form.
When will I be charged for my membership?
All memberships are charged on the 1st of every month. To cancel, you must call the office and speak with a team member to verify your cancellation before the 1st.
